Vibrofeeder Schenck

Vibrofeeder Schenck Introduction

Vibrofeeders, is a device that uses vibration to move materials through a process while controlling the rate of flow. The system uses both vibration and gravity to move materials. The vibration is generated by an unbalanced motor or an electromagnetic vibrator. The force of gravity helps in directing the materials down. The materials are placed on feeder tray, which is installed at an inclined position. When the tray vibrates, the materials move in a series of small jumps. These small jumps combine to create a steady motion of the materials. The vibration intensity and frequency can be adjusted to control the rate at which materials are fed through the system. This allows for precise control over the flow of materials, making it suitable for various industrial applications.
