Flow Meter

Solids Flow Meter is a compact in-line measurement system designed for the continuous recording of bulk solid streams. The system uses non-impact force measurement to ensure accurate data. This means that the material stream is gently deflected via an in-line measuring chute, avoiding any impact factors that could affect the results, The material is guided through a deflection chute where it is leveled out and settled. The material is then directed to a curved measuring/deflection chute, free from shocks, As the material is accelerated in a radial direction on the measuring chute, a reactive force is generated. This force is then acquired by a load cell, which measures the flow rate of the bulk solids. The system is designed for continuous acquisition of flow rates. This system provides reproducible data, which is crucial for maintaining product quality.
